Over the years, I've seen firsthand the growing demand from professionals and entrepreneurs needing to elevate their language skills for career success. Interestingly, it was often their feedback that highlighted the effectiveness and unique nature of my teaching approach. While some students attributed this to me personally, I know the real magic lies in the methodology itself.

As my schedule filled up, I realized of the need for truly skilled language coaches who can effectively serve this ambitious demographic. It's clear that traditional teacher training and focused on younger learners, doesn't always equip educators with the practical skills needed for the professional world.

This realization became even clearer as I began building my own team of coaches. Many talented individuals needed further development in their English, in how to connect with driven adults, in navigating the online teaching landscape, and in a host of other essential areas that current education hasn't quite caught up with.

The Global Coach Program offers flexible online learning through text and video resources, allowing you to learn at your own pace. You'll also benefit from a two-hour live session each week. All learning materials will be available to you indefinitely. Plus, you'll become part of a supportive community where we share insights and tips for building a successful digital nomad lifestyle as a YFI Global Coach.

Upon achieving an 85% or higher completion rate in the online course, you may receive a job offer to become part of the You First Idiomas team, and your course investment will be reimbursed.
